Sahara Group of Companies has been allotted 100 m waterfront area at Belapur for Shipbuilding and ship repair activities, by the Maharashtra Maritime Board. Belapur Shipyards Pvt. Ltd., has developed a shipyard in this given area with a dry dock facility of 100 m x 22 m, besides facilities for floating repairs.
